I chose to begin my own custom tarot card deck because I tend to become more inspired and motivated to create art when working from some sort of prompt list (such as the October Ink challenges). I thought the list of tarot is so diverse and interesting, that it would be a great way to explore my characters and see how they can fit into these themes. I have started by tackling the Major Arcana list first, which consists of 22 individual cards.
